The man who yesterday said that all independent press is part of the evil “Establishment” (but MaltaToday is ok), is called Rudolf Degiorgio and he was a customer care official at the Home Affairs Ministry.
MaltaToday is the unofficial English-speaking newspaper of the Labour Party and even the Labour Party members and supporters feel this way. They consider the independent press as their “enemy”.
