The fascists at ONE News keep up their attacks on Inquiring Magistrate Gabriella Vella

The Labour Party’s main propaganda outlet, ONE News is keeping up its consistent attacks on Inquiring Magistrate Gabriella Vella as they attempt to smear her as part of the “evil Establishment”. Yesterday, in their online articles alone, ONE News has mentioned Inquiring Magistrate Gabriella Vella by her at least 28 times while Joseph Muscat had only 21 mentions. Keith Schembri had 2 mentions.

It is very unusual for any press or propaganda outlet in Malta to mention a member of the judiciary by their name so many times. Usually, the name of a member of the Judiciary is mentioned only once at the end of the article along with all the other names of the participants in the case. In ONE’s case, Magistrate Gabriella Vella is mentioned many times over as she is portrayed in bad light.

The head of ONE News is Josef Caruana, who, previously to joining Labour’s propaganda unit, worked at the Office of the Prime Minister after he was sacked from the press unit of the General Worker’s Union as editor of its daily, L-Orizzont. Josef Caruana spent a career with L-Orizzont smearing and attacking black immigrants, journalists, dissidents and members of the Nationalist Party.
