UPDATED: Both Ahsan Khaliq and and Anil Qadir sent me threatening letters about court cases and whatnot to remove this article. Of course, I declined. Ahsan Khaliq has also denied having any connection to Anil Qadir. Although he admitted he has a Maltese partner with whom he does business with the MPRP, he refused to disclose who is his licensed-MPRP-partner in Malta.

Now, I got sent these photos of Culture Minister Owen Bonnici meeting with Anil Qadir, a Pakistani cricket player based in Malta who works for Saad Ahsan, an immigration company owned by Ahsan Khaliq.
The photo seems to have been taken at Excolsior Hotel in Valletta. I couldn’t find their corresponding agent on the MPRP website, but Glenn Bedingfield seems to be working for them too. Anil Qadir even met Grham Bencini from the Nationalist Opposition.
UPDATED: Grahame Bencini informed me he doesn’t know he the person is and the event seems to be a charity-event related to Pakistani cricket players in Malta.
