We are building

Since our fund-raising initiative last week went better than expected, we are accelerating our efforts to implement our plans for the website and publishing house. We can’t elaborate much for now, but meanwhile, you can read this letter by Dom Mintoff sent to Ċensu Bugeja, asking him to arrange a meeting with NATO Secretary-General Paul-Henri Spaak.

Ċensu Bugeja didn’t have this authority, of course, but it only shows how much Mintoff esteemed and thought of him. He was the only person in Mintoff’s correspondence that he actually looked up to in this manner.

Also, Mintoff complained for days on end about Bugeja’s failure of fixing a meeting despite telling him that he knew it wasn’t necessary possible.
