Newsbook confirmed one of my stories about the use of Kordin Prison for Joseph Muscat’s trial

Newsbook has actually investigated one of my stories and confirmed that a prison ward was to be used for the Vitals trial. The article doesn’t mention whether it was to be used to house the inmates, but this should be obvious given that the court-room was to be in prison – citizens are not allowed to visit the Prison or make use of its facilities.

Someone from the Security Services assumed and reported that there was to be a problem housing and prosecuting a significant number of high-profile, political and suspected white-collar criminals. There was also the potential that these suspects were to be denied bail. A prison ward was made for the use of their eventual arrest and trial.

Someone, eventually decided not to arrest the suspects going against convention and the opinion of any lawyer or police officer. Of course, this someone is Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa.

ONE News ridiculed this story, and that’s also a red flag. This is a story which has many important elements to it, especially the fact that people in Security Services are aware of Angelo Gafa’s dereliction of duty.

Man, there’s no way the likes of Muscat, Mizzi, or Schembri will spend a second inside there. In other words – “the law is not for everyone”.
