When the first Court sitting of the Vitals case ended, as Joseph Muscat walked out of the Court Room and was exiting the building, he looked at the Prosecuting team with the Police officers with a spiteful glance and told them “Inpattijielkom kollha” (I’ll take my revenge on you).

The Police and the Prosecutors heard and saw Joseph Muscat threatening them, yet none of them decided to charge him for this crime.
