The courts are to proceed with the Vitals and Steward case against the abettors of the deals accordingly

Today, in a long court sitting that ended just recently, the courts rejected all time-wasting and technical arguments by the defence in the case against the abettors of the Vitals and Steward deals and will continue with the case accordingly. At one point the defense even asked for the recusal of the Magistrate.

Initially, the defence made a successful challenge against the Prosecutor’s charge sheet, including by picking up on the detail that DF Advocates is not a registered entity, however, this argument was not accepted by the Court and charges against Kevin Deguara, Kenneth Deguara and Jean Carl Farrugia.
