Latest documents submitted to the bankruptcy Court by Kroll Restructuring Administration on Steward Health Care, which is now undergoing bankruptcy proceedings in a US Court, state that so far, the Government of Malta has made no submission, protest or claim in the US Courts against Steward Health Care.
The bankruptcy court will be taking important decisions on any issues raised during Steward Health Care’s restructuring which will mostly be focused on paying off its creditors.
The Maltese Government is quite in its right to file for suites and claims and so is Bank of Valletta.
