Support for Alex Agius Saliba has decreased in the S&D

According to the votes garnered by Alex Agius Saliba for the post of S&D Vice-President, support for him has actually decreased.

There were 9 posts for Vice-President with 11 candidates and Alex Agius Saliba came last at ninth place. During the previous election, support for Alex Agius Saliba was so wide that he came in the first place.

It’s incredible that the S&D couldn’t find a replacement for him. Alex Agius Saliba based his campaign for the European Parliament elections on defending ex-Premier Joseph Muscat, who is being charged with embezzling up to ย€30 million from the National Health Service.
