Julian Assage is mostly known for the Iraq Leaks and the Diplomatic Cables, but he also has a very unsavory personal history.
Not only did he lose his reputation with allegations of sexual assault, but Assange collaborated with both the Belarusian government and the Russian Security Services. In the former case, Julian Assange helped the Belarusian dictator, Aleksandr Lukashenko hunt down Belarusian dissidents through the Wikileaks employee Israel Shamir. After revealing the location of a Belarusian dissident in Ecuador by the name of Aliaksandr Barankov, Lukashenko traveled to Ecuador to meet with the President of that time Rafael Correa where they signed several agreements. Aliaksandr Barankov was then arrested and served with an extradition request to Belarus. Later on Rafael Correa provided asylum to Julian Assange.
