Bolivian President Luis Arce confronted a General with his troops inside the Presidential Palace as the General attempted a coup. General Juan José Zuniga was arrested on the spot by his own officers as President Luis Arce ordered him to remove his troops from the Presidential Palace. President Luis Arce is still in office.
