Newsbook have confirmed my story that the Maltese Police have been unable to know the whereabouts of Jomic Calleja Maatouk. Newsbook could also confirm that the Libyan prosecutor is investigating the case of Marzia Calleja Maatouk who was found deceased. She was found hanging by a noose and the Libyan police have concluded she was murdered.
Jomic Calleja Maatouk escaped from Malta with his wife, Marzia Calleja, while appealing his prison sentence.
