Expelled from CNL in 2018: Neville Gafa

Former OPM and Joseph Muscat’s dirty fixer, Neville Gafa has recently been in the press for waging his pro-Muscatian campaign against Labour Party officials. The fraudster aims to save the Labour Party by rewinding the clock and bringing Joseph Muscat and all his rejected friends back into the party’s fold. Sounds like a plan by Baldrick.

Neville Gafa harassed and stalked Daphne Caruana Galizia before she was murdered and is also being investigated for VISA fraud. In 2018, Randolph Debattista, then the Labour Party’s CEO, told Neville Gafa, on orders of his superiors, not to visit the Labour Party’s HQ, ?entru Nazzjonali Laburista (CNL) ever again.

I can confirm that this is true since in 2018 and 2019 I used to visit CNL on a regular basis for work in the library and the archives. I never saw Neville Gafa, not even during meetings with the delegates. Neville Gafa was still employed at the OPM, but the Party was already trying to dissociate from him. The order did not come from Joseph Muscat; however, Muscat did not object to the Party’s dissociation from him while remaining on good terms with Neville Gafa.

Joseph Muscat didn’t allow his MPs to engage in corrupt acts, nor was he forthcoming in associating himself with tarnished individuals, except for realpolitik reasons, of course. When it came to his own corrupt and personal interests, Joseph Muscat publicly associated himself with the most corrupt and fraudulent individuals available
