Norma Saliba pops out as a counter-candidate to Alex Sciberrras

It makes perfect sense that a servile and incompotent party hack such as Norma Saliba is being pushed by Prime Minister Robert Abela for the Presidency of the Labour Party.

Both Robert Abela and Joseph Muscat would greatly prefer to have her onboard instead of Alex Sciberras. So the election for the this post will be a contest between Robert Abela and Joseph Muscat against Alex Sciberras.

Chosing Norma Saliba to compete against Alex Sciberras, however, is not a great strategic deicison. Alex Sciberras has a history wirh the Labour Party, and Norma Saliba has nothing but a history of turning the Public Broadcaster into a Labour Party propganda operation. Note, she has now also exposed herself for having been the editor of the public broadcaster whilst being a card-carrying member of the Labour Party, basically placing the public broadcast at severre legal risk in terms of conflicts of interest.

I think that Alex Sciberras has a very good chance at clinching this role.
