Vanessa Frazier, one of Malta’s top ambassadors and the current Permanent Representative of Malta to the United Nations, is set to remain in New York until 2025, when her term as Ambassador to the United Nations ends.
Previous reports that she was to get a directorship at EU were wrong, but she was competing for a top diplomatic post in the EU which has now been given to an EU insider.
She will now serve her full term in New York until 2025, after which she may be rotated to another embassy or have her term renewed.
