Joseph Muscat’s earliest Chinese brokers: Chang & Coté and Christopher M Steadman

As Joseph Muscat’s keeps doing shady business with the Chinese over the Malta Permanent Residence Scheme, he may be thankful to Brian Tonna for paving his way to a corrupt way of living.

Joseph Muscat has been building his Chinese business from his earliest days in power. Even prior to entering office, Brian Tonna had already planned meetings with his then major Chinese brokers called: Chang & Coté a Chinese law-firm based in California. The person representing Chang & Coté in the discussions with then Prime Minister Joseph Muscat and his corrupt accountant Brian Tonna, was Christopher M Steadman, who even met the pair at the Office of the Prime Minister in Castille.

Christopher Steadman was based in Tianjin, China where he brokered foreigners with Chinese business interests.

  1. Surely the earliest of Joseph Muscat’s China intermediaries must have been Reno Calleja, especially up to March 2013 and including the signing of the MOU between the sovereign state of the PRC and the then opposition political party, PL, aka Joseph Muscat. Once Keith Schembri and his helpers were comfortable in Castille new routes to their collective road-map were opened or enhanced. Chief among these were the contacts of Brian Tonna through his worldwide contacts, primarily under their ‘nomme de guerre’: Nexia. Thus his seat at the actual inner cabinet in the OPM. Apart from the murderous criminal cabal that facilitated the assassination of Daphne Caruana Galizia these addition refuse are best described by the post US civil war term: carpet-baggers.
