Valletta Archpriest, Canon David Cilia is fuming over deliberate delays of the Church’s facade restoration project by the Local Council

The Valletta Local Council’s Executive Secretary has been finding ways to delay a tender in relation to the restoration of the facade of the Valletta Collegiate Parish Church of St Paul’s. Twice she has delayed the tender for suspicious reasons, however the real reason behind this delay may be because she is dating Silvio Scerri, who is also the owner of Nexos Lighting. The restoration project involves lighting.

It seems that there have already been some official papers that highlighted and protested these delays, but her conflict of interest has not yet been declared. Silvio Scerri has his own allies in the Labour Party, however I could not confirm whether he is friends with the new mayor, Olar MacKay.

  1. Valetta Mayor Olaf MacKay works with Ceo Sivio Scerri at Xjenza Malta , Scerri with Gabriella Agius had made Alfred Zammit last election impossible, delaying projects , contacting Valletta residents , so Zammit would appear ineffective !!!

  2. Silvio Scerri, the master of manipulation, unfairly tarnishing others’ reputations for personal gain!
