When I speak about out national cyber security policy and national security, I do so with strong conviction, and also with the strength of knowing many things that have helped me come up with my convictions.
Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa has acted like a good and paternal employer to some of his officers, but not to all. For those who had his privileged support, Gafa covered-up for them when they got involved in questionable but seemingly harmless situations that appeared illegal, including an officer who was investigated for computer misuse. Angelo Gafa doesn’t want to embarrass the Police Force so he has the habit of the taking a very cautious approach to charging his officers with spurious offenses who may very well be freed from a Court process.
Angelo Gafa and the MSS didn’t play this measure to individuals who are literally state and national assets.
