The previous CEO of the Malta Residency and Visas Agency was pressured by Louis Grech to give more permits to the Chinese

Charles Mizzi, who was previous CEO of the Malta Residency and Visas Agency and now a member on the board of the FIAU and CEO of the Malta Gaming Authority, has a lot to tell about how Delsk Group (Destination Europe) could perpetuate their fraud in Malta in cvollaboration with serial fraudster and criminal Joseph Muscat.

Once appointed as CEO of the Malta Residency and Visas Agency, Charles Mizzi was heavily pressured by Louis Grech to facilitate fuirther residency permits to Chinese individuals. Delsk (Destination Europe) makes money brokering Malta Permanent Residence Scheme visas to Chinese citizens.

Louis Grech was a consultant to Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, a role he still retained under the current premier.

    Is this the same Louis Grech who mentored the dimwit Konrad Mizzi? The same Louis Grech who gave old-guard respectability to the young Joseph Muscat? The same Louis Grech who retained a seat in the Cabinet room even when he was not in the Cabinet? the same Louis Grech who ha always had an avaricious eye women and money? I wonder what became of this old-guard protector of Joseph Muscat’s ‘Road-Map’/ PRC MOU…
