The Malta Union of Teachers still hasn’t published the collective agreement it signed with the Ministry of Education

It’s bizarre to say the least that the Malta Union of Teachers signed a collective agreement with the Ministry of Education and it still hasn’t even published the agreement. There are teachers and even MUT members who still haven’t even read the Collective Agreement that was signed on their behalf.

I don’t know what is the point of all this secrecy. It’s just a collective agreement. Why shouldn’t the workers who are affected be able to read it?
