Despite Israel’s successful attack on Hezbollah, we should not forget that Israel is escalating pogroms in the West Bank

The successful pager-sabotage attack by Israel against Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon captured headlines yesterday. Up to 2500 Hezbollah terrorists had their pagers detonated remotely, blinding around 500 of them and killing at least 8. A child of a Hezbollah official was also killed during the attack, and the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon, who also had a pager, was injured.

Ten days prior to the attack, the hospital of the American University in Beirut, Lebanon took all pagers of its nurses and doctors about 10 days ago, and replaced them due to technical issues, according to employees.

Hezbollah is a terrorist organisation and Iranian proxy that is holding the Lebanese population hostage, abetted Bashar al-Assad’s war crimes, and have launched thousands of rockets on Israel since October 7th. They are funded and sponsored by Iran.

Despite Israel’s successful attack on one of the worst terrorist groups in the Near East, the media’s attention on the West Bank should not falter where Israelis are conducting wide and expansive pogroms on Palestinian towns and villages. Earlier this week a group of Israeli terrorists attacked a school in Ramallah in the West Bank.
