Neil Agius completes record 140km swim in around 70 hours

Maltese ultra-endurance athlete Neil Agius has broken his previous record to complete a new 140 km record-swim in around 70 hours. He has recently in arrived Għar Lapsi where he is being attended to by his team.

    Well done to Neil for this great feat! Definitely a small island, big swim by the noblest of man!

    My thoughts however just go to our Invicta Queen though ….. she swam 14km in around 4 hours (3.5km/hr) shaming Neil’s pace (standing at “just” 2km/hr).
