This press conference inaugurating a public latrine pretty much sums up the state of the government: a total circus of propaganda, with ministers spending their whole day acting and fooling around.
The Marsaxlokk Local Council has even produced a video about it. We don’t need satire when the government writes its own, and I am sure Bis-Serjeta struggles with this problem on a daily basis.

As always, poor taste in dress by the Maltese, particularly those in public office. While there is no need to look sombre and sterile, a local council should not look like a tin of Quality Street either.
