This is Muhammad al-Misrati, or “Lilu l-King” as he likes to call himself in Malta. He’s out on bail and on a curfew but still living his best his life in a tiny mafia-state after escaping from Libya for being wanted on kidnapping, abduction and murder on charges (he’s a Libyan warlord).
He also made money in Malta importing cocaine and hashish in Malta, even via the Libyan embassy.
The Maltese government doesn’t want to extradite him.
