The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, gave an interview to the Turkish public broadcaster TRT on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.
When asked why the arrest warrants against Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli government members have not been served, he responded that it is a decision for the Court’s Judges, and he is confident they will make the right decision.
Last May, the prosecutor Karim Khan submitted arrest warrants against Hamas and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu which have yet to be approved by the International Criminal Court.
