Hamas leader Khaled Mashal calls for Jihad: says “our losses are tactical”

On the anniversary of October 7th, Khaled Mashal, the leader of Hamas outside Gaza, released a statement calling for Jihad and the opening of new fronts. He thanks the Axis of Resistance for joining Hamas’ fight (referring to Hezbollah and Iran) and said that “our losses are tactical”.

More than 20,000 Palestinian women and children have died in Gaza since last year mostly by Israeli bombing and indiscriminate shooting.

On October 7th 2023 Hamas started a war against Israel by mass murdering Israeli civilians living next to Gaza including many young people who were at a music festival.
