Tough battle expected for the Israeli Defence Forces at Ayta Ash Shab

The IDF have raided the village of Tyre Harfa near the village called Ayta ash Shab in anticipation of a tough battle for control over the area. Ayta ash Shab was the scene of a tough battle between the IDF and Hezbollah in 2006 and the village has been ever been held as a symbol of “resistance”. The IDf raised most of the village to the ground in 2006.

Ayta ash Shab already has been bombed relentlessly since October 7th targeted Hezbollah targets in the area.

Fighting between the IDF and Hezbollah near Camp Shamrock has ended for now, and the IDF is establishing a buffer zone in the area.
