Syria’s President and brutal dictator Bashar al-Assad has sent a convoy of troops and military vehicles to the embattled north of Syria as Hezbollah militias withdraw from Syria to fight against Israel in Lebanon.
Bashar al-Assad has only remained in power because foreign proxies, including the Russian Wagner Group, Hezbollah, and other Iranian terrorist proxies, fought on his behalf against his own people. Since October 7th of last year, top Iranian commanders have been liquidated in Syria by the IDF and their units have also come under fire by US forces in Iraq and northern Syria. As these Iranian proxies face increasing pressure and even withdraw to Lebanon, Bashar al-Assad will find it increasingly difficult to maintain control over his embattled country
The Syrian Army released a propaganda video of their convoy but no similar actions or propaganda videos are being made in response to Israel’s attacks on Syria, including an attack on Maher al-Assad’s villa just outside Damascus.
