A van driven by a 22-year-old man from Rabat overturned following a collision with another vehicle in Naxxar on Sunday night. The incident occurred at around 10:30 p.m. on Triq is-Salina, according to a spokesperson for the Malta Police Force.
The van also had a 24-year-old male passenger, whose residence has not yet been confirmed. The second vehicle was driven by a 45-year-old man, with his place of residence currently unknown.
Both the van driver and passenger were attended to by a medical team at the scene and later transported to Mater Dei Hospital for further treatment. Their condition remains unknown at this time.
Authorities are continuing their investigations into the accident.
