More of Joseph Portelli’s debt goes public on the Malta Stock Exchange

Yesterday, more of Joseph Portelli’s debt has gone public on the Malta Stock Exchange. Up to €20 million in secured bonds at 5.3% were listed publicly, which were originally approved last Summer.

Joseph Portelli financed his project of Mercury Towers in Paceville with several loans and bond issuances and the bonds that were listed yesterday are also meant to continue developing his mega-project in Paceville.

Joseph Portelli’s project in Paceville has accumulated Mercury Towers Ltd a total of up to €190 million in debt.
