Motorcyclist hospitalised with serious injuries after collision in Gudja

At approximately 1:15pm, police were alerted to a traffic accident in Dawret il-Gudja, Gudja.

Officers promptly arrived on the scene, where initial investigations revealed a collision had taken place between a Honda XR250 motorcycle, driven by a 34-year-old man from Ħal Għaxaq, and a Nissan Micra, driven by a 36-year-old resident of Gudja.

Emergency medical personnel provided immediate assistance to the motorcyclist, who was then transported by ambulance to Mater Dei Hospital. He was later certified as suffering from serious injuries.

Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
