The news of today that Santa Luċija Councilor Liam Sciberras will be contesting for the post of PN Secretary-General is very good news indeed. He’s an ideal alternative to Karl Gouder for his charisma and communication and also has a strong fighting spirit.
Liam Sciberras is the local councilor who is fighting against the car park concession given by the local football club to Christian Borg’s car company. He is fighting this battle mainly by himself with other local councilors being quite disinterested to pick up a fight for their locality.
