No sign of Jomic Calleja Maatouk as Marzia Callej’as body is brought to Malta

There is no sign of Jomic Calleja Maatouk who escaped to Libya with his wife Marzia Calleja Maatouk after being handed a prison sentence in Malta. Marzia Calleja Maatouk was found dead in Libya, strangled with a noose round her neck. She was on the run from the Police with Jomic Calleja Maatouk. Her body been brought back to Malta from Libya.

Home Affairs Minister Byron Camilleri is arrogantly withholding back information about the case and referring journalists and family members of Marzia Calleja to the Police, who are insisting they have no whereabouts of Jomic Calleja Maatouk.

Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa has also refused to speak about the case and give any details.

Malta is currently harbouring wanted Libyan drug-lord and warlord Muhammad al-Misrati (Lilu l-King). The Maltese government does not want to confirm whether the Libyan government made a request for the extradition of al-Misrati.
