Watch: Man arrested in Manchester for burning the Quran in memory of Salwan Momika

Yesterday, a man in Manchester has been arrested while burning a copy of the Quran in public. The man is a friend of Salwan Momika and is burning a Quran every day to commemorate his memory.

Salwan Momika was murdered last week by Muslims while giving a livestream from his home. He is known for burning copies of the Quran in public to protest against Islamic fundamentalism and the mistreatment of Christians in the Near East. Salwan Momika is a Christian Assyrian from Iraq, and the Assyrians were victims of an attempted genocide by the Ottomans during the First World War.

Friends of Salwan Momika are burning copies of the Quran daily to honour his memory and resist the terror that some Muslims seek to impose through his murder
