Brazen Shooting in San Gwann

A motorcyclist is claiming to have been the victim of a shooting by two idnividuals brandishing shotguns at the Tal-Balal bus stop in San Gwann. This occurred as he drove his motorcycle past the stage. The post was uploaded on the San Gwann Residents FB page together with some photos of the incident. The injured party claimed that the aggressors were arrested by police. This was also verified by other parties in comments on the page.

So far no statement from the police has been forthcoming on the incident.

    I do not mean to downplay what allegedly occurred.
    But that looks like a plastic pellet, usually fired from an airsoft BB gun.
    And the wound pictured seems to confirm this.
    So I do not think that shotguns or firearms were brandished.
    Still, airsoft weapons are only used when wearing protective gear.
