Co-opting idiots and traitors for a reform that protects criminals

The Minister of Justice Jonathan Attard convened a meeting of the MCESD to “discuss” the government’s rushed reforms about Magisterial Inquiries. The reforms are already in their second reading and the government is pretending that it is discussing the reform with the “social partners”, namely the trade unions and the employers.

The meeting only served to help the government market this anti-state reform, but the fraudulent and grifting idiot of a Chairman, David Xuereb allowed this charade to take place. This cheap mercenary, who was also condemned in the Jean-Paul Sofia public inquiry, will get involved in any grift and fraud with the government as long as he is paid something.

What’s worse, however is the presence of a previous Judge, who is supporting and also helping the government on its reforms about Magisterial Inquiries. Ex-Judge Antonio Mizzi is betraying his previous colleagues by helping the government to legislate against the Judiciary’s constitutional power. He, as an ex-Judge, should have done the decent thing and oppose the government’s clampdown and support his ex-colleagues, but he is as mercenary and cheap as the other imbeciles sitting next to him.

Shame. The ex-Judge has no dignity and no respect for himself, let alone for his previous colleagues.

Antonio Mizzi
