Russia bombs hospital and power station in Odessa on the same day Sergei Lavrov says that they don’t target civilians

Russia launched multiple drones and ballistic missiles at the city of Odessa last night, targeting a children’s hospital and a power station on the same day that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov claimed Russia does not target civilians. At least 4 civilians were wounded as a result of Russia’s attacks.

Minister Lavrov made the comments during a meeting with Us Secretary of state Marco Rubio in Saudi Arabia where they discussed the lifting of US sanctions from Russia.
