I don’t understand the content or essence of this discussion, so I’ll have our sports editor, Gerald Fenech, handle this, but you can watch below the building contractor and Hamrun FC President, Joseph Portelli, praising Joseph Muscat in his role as President of the Malta Professional Football Clubs Association.

Joseph Portelli is a close associate of Joseph Msucat having also been suspected of being involved with him in dealings in Montenegro.
