Apparently, Joseph Portelli, the President of Hamurn Spartans, has no qualms in showing his love for Joseph Muscat to the public, but this is not the first time he told us clearly and bluntly that is Joseph Muscat’s friend.

However, what he never admitted (or denied) was, the extent and his involvement in the corrupt project Joseph Muscat’s administration hatched in Montenegro with the Mozura wind-farm, as Joseph Muscat solicited Joseph Portelli’s involvement in his shady deals in Montenegro with the pretenses of buying an island.
