Yesterday, Prime Minister Robert Abela visited the newly inaugurated SiGMA premises, where Heathcliff Farrugia was spotted along with employees greeting the Prime Minister. Heathcliff Farrugia was the CEO of the Malta Gaming Authority and was found guilty of providing confidential information to Yorgen Fenech, even tipping him off on regulatory raids of his establishments. He is now employed with SiGMA as an advisor.
