Mosta and Zabbar fined €5000 by MFA and deducted 3 points suspended till end of season

The Malta Football Association (MFA) informs that yesterday evening, the cases against Żabbar St. Patrick FC and Mosta FC were urgently heard before the Control, Disciplinary and Ethics Board.

The Control, Disciplinary and Ethics Board found both clubs guilty, fined them €5,000 each, and imposed a deduction of three (3) points. However, this point deduction has been suspended until the end of the current season.

The decision is subject to appeal before the Appeals Board by the parties involved.
