Still no claims by the Maltese Government against Steward Health Care in the US Courts

As outlined in the article describing the performance of Health Minister Joe Etienne Abela, we also highlighted that the Health Minister is not pursuing any action against Steward Health Care in the US Courts.

Prime Minister Robert Abela claimed last year that the government will be pursuing Steward Health Care in the US Courts in bankruptcy proceedings to claw back its losses.

According to Kroll’s bankruptcy restructuring documents, Malta is nowhere to be found as one of the claimants and there is no claim at all by the Maltese government to get any funds lost by Steward Health Care.

As we stated in the previous article, Health Minister Joe Etienne Abela seems to be doing a very competent job in organising the National Health Service. On the other hand, the Health Minister is allowing Steward Health Care to get away with defrauding the Maltese state of tens, if not hundreds, of millions of euros.

๏ปฟTrump’s unexpected action in this massive criminal case to halt a very important US anti-corruption law (FCPA) which has been used effectively in the past is appearing to be an abuse of executive power as well as an obstruction of the law according to my wide observation while following US foreign affairs and the “horrible” situation in Malta, calling more attention to his covert interest in this highly suspicious fraudulent heist which goes back to his 45th US presidency, which started in January 2017 when disgraced Joseph Muscat was the Maltese PM trying to silence Daphne’s powerful probing with her wide investigations which were leading to the truth and at the same time hitting ‘sensitive’ issues like the infamous Pilatus Bank saga whose two directors were from Iran involved in sanctions-busting schemes using CBI passports with different birth dates and residency cards from other countries which were overlooked by the blind and ignorant Maltese authourities. That private wealth bank held and transferred millions of funds that were mainly deposited by Azerbaijani elites who were classified as PEP’s serving as a proxy for Iran, noting how the sick FIAU gave the foreign bank a clean bill of health after their second inspection which is “absolutely” crazy, until the ECB realised the madness of the corrupt regime who were violating strict sanctions by doing nothing to shutdown the money laundering bank.

๏ปฟ๏ปฟIt will not be forgotten when Muscat’s ex-CoS Keith Schembri and Brian Tonna of Nexia BT also had bank accounts at the same clandestine bank, whose local correspondent bank for US Dollar exchanges was BOV and the latter bank using Deutsche Bank where Donald Trump (whose past father is German) and some of his family members held bank accounts at the New York branch, since no American banks were willing to lend money for his luxurious real estate portfolio which were close to bankrupt around 2008 when he was looking towards wealthy Russians who wanted to transfer their money out of Russia whose national currency was on the fast decline.

๏ปฟ๏ปฟIt is shameful how a few media outlets who have been trading in influence with the authourities – including with the police force who have been weaponised by the OPM, hearing how they were often told not to take action or investigate criminal cases – have influenced weak journalists with a tribal mentality to take the unnecessary risk to twist valid information and then publish misinformation and disinformation reports for the public which is unethical when the media is expected to be reliable and honest in reporting facts and the truth instead of leaching information from courageous bloggers who are sometimes doing a better job facing danger than compared to large government funded media outlets who will accept to conceal the truth, fearing the harsh consequences and penalties to the nation.

๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟThe many times that Times of Malta moderators have removed my straight comments which are based on compelling information/facts without any libel or slander proves again that editors at TOM are politically biased and brain-washed. To offer true reporting to the public, they should halt this wrong activity and censorship and make a genuine effort to improve their values.

๏ปฟSo, with all the information and facts have have been reported in the local and international media since the Labour Party came to power in 2013 under the rule of ‘Czar’ Joseph Muscat (who is a Russian native adopted by Maltese step-parents), growing up in a society where many Maltese have developed an inferiority complex as reported in the media often believing lies and denials from dirty crooks, can the TOM and the police finally figure out the complex conspiracy concerning Daphne’s brutal political assassination, or do both need some desperate help and intelligence to connect all the dots?

  2. […] This is not the legal course that the Maltese government should have taken. Following the decisions by the local Courts declaring the contracts with Vitals and Steward’s Health Care as fraudulent, the Maltese government had plenty of legal leverage to make claims in US courts against Steward. The government didn’t do this. Steward Health Care has filed for bankruptcy in the US.ย  The Maltese government had the government to make legal claims against Steward Healthcare to recuperate its lost funds, but it failed to do so repeatedly.
