A strong 4.7 magnitude earthquake in the Ionian Sea was registered earlier today at 3.26am. The earthquake epicenter was 68km ESE of Reggio Calabria at a depth of 10km. No damage was reported.
The earthquake was felt in Malta in several areas mostly in the North East of the island.
