On Wednesday afternoon, at around 3:45 p.m., police were alerted to a traffic accident on Triq John Adye in Naxxar.
Upon arriving at the scene, preliminary investigations revealed that the collision involved a Honda motorcycle driven by a 35-year-old man from Bosnia-Herzegovina, who resides in Għargħur, and an Isuzu Rodeo driven by a 59-year-old man from Marsa.
A medical team was called to the site, and the motorcyclist was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance. He was later certified to have suffered serious injuries.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
