FIM Europe Congress returns for its 29th edition on the island of Gozo

The 29th edition of the FIM Europe Congress will take place from Thursday, 3rd July to Saturday, 5th July 2025, on the picturesque island of Gozo, part of the Maltese archipelago. This marks the second time the prestigious annual event will be held in Malta, reaffirming the countryโ€™s growing presence in the international motor sport landscape.

Gozo, known for its stunning coastal views, rich cultural heritage, and relaxed Mediterranean charm, will provide a unique setting for a congress that blends institutional work with cultural discovery. The event will be hosted by the Assocjazzjoni Sport Muturi u Karozzi โ€“ Malta (ASMK), with the support of various national entities and authorities.

ASMK, a key advocate for motorsport development and road safety in Malta, continues to strengthen its role in the European motor sport community. Hosting the FIM Europe Congress once again underlines the federationโ€™s organisational strength and Maltaโ€™s appeal as a venue for international dialogue in motorsport.

The Congress will be held at the five-star Kempinski Hotel in San Lawrenz, Gozo. Nestled in the islandโ€™s countryside, the resort offers modern conference facilities in a tranquil setting that reflects the Mediterranean spirit.

The programme will open on Thursday with meetings of the Sporting and Beyond Sporting Councils, followed by Fridayโ€™s sessions of the Management Council, commissions and panels, and the Secretaries General meeting. Saturday will be dedicated to the General Assembly, bringing together national federations for key decisions and collaboration. The Congress will conclude with the FIM Europe Gala Dinner, held at a historic location on Gozo, offering a true taste of Maltese hospitality and cuisine.
