A 30-year-old Indian man residing in Birkirkara is in critical condition following a traffic accident that occurred on Sunday evening in Triq iż-Żejfa, Mosta.
The incident took place at around 6:00 p.m., when a Suzuki motorcycle ridden by the man collided with a Kia Sportage driven by a 34-year-old woman from Rabat.
Police and a medical team were called to the scene, and the motorcyclist was taken to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was certified to be suffering from serious injuries and is currently in danger of losing his life.
Magistrate Joseph Mifsud has launched an inquiry, and police investigations are ongoing.
