Motorcyclist seriously injured in Żebbuġ road collision

On Tuesday evening, at around 6:30pm, police were informed of a traffic accident in Triq Ħ’Attard, Żebbuġ.

Preliminary investigations showed that the crash involved a Peugeot 2008, driven by a 32-year-old man from Ħal Balzan, and a Benelli motorcycle ridden by a 28-year-old man from Siġġiewi.

A medical team was called to assist, and the motorcyclist was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance, where he was certified as having sustained serious injuries.

Police investigations are ongoing.
