Russia has dropped an aerial guided bomb on a group of civilians in the rural settlement of Yarova in Donetsk killing up to 21 civilians. According to President Zelensly, the civilians were gathered to receive their pensions.
Earlier this week, the Russians also bombed the hospital of Kostiantynivk in Donetsk.
Russia has escalated its attacks against Ukrainian cities and civilians to record levels during this month.
A major military battle for Pokrovsk is looming as Russia rallies and concentrates many of its forces and military resources in the surrounding areas.
