HSBC Malta’s operations back to normal after strike is suspended: MUBE hails progress in talks

The Malta Union of Banking Employees has hailed the progress made in talks with HSBC Malta over compensation talks as the bank prepares to be transferred to its buyer, Credia Bank. HSBC staff have suspended their strike and all systems are functioning back to normal.

In a statement sent to its members, the MUBE is expecting a proposal from HSBC Malta tomorrow.
