Armier Bay is a cove of illegalities and crime thanks to Labour patronage and the Lands Department, but also thanks to previous Minister Clayton Bartolo who also has people connected to him with illegal rooms in Armier. The LANDS department has been consistently ignoring the growing illegalities in Armier allowing as a result many criminals and squatters to occupy public space in the bay.
This is also why criminals and drug-dealers like Michael Camilleri (tal-Bลผar) and Allan Muscat (Galletta) have rooms in Armier. Allan Muscat has been accused multiple times of drug trafficking and is also Adrian Muscat’s brother, currently accused of stealing a Rolls Royce. Adrian Muscat also owns an illegal establishment in front of a police academy.
Allan Muscat is also developing his room in Armier illegally and has even installed a pool on site. He is pictured below with the white hat.
